Crustless Sweet Potato Pie

Crustless Sweet Potato Pie is a favorite at my inlaws. This is a must at all family get-togethers.

Crustless Sweet Potato Pie

  • 2 or more pounds of Sweet Potatoes
  • Maple or Pancake Syrup
  • 1 bag of mini marshmellows
  • 1 1/2 sticks or butter
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • Cinnamon


  1. Clean & boil sweet potatoes;
  2. Once the sweet potatoes have softened, let them cool - once cooled, peel them;
  3. Mash sweet potatoes - we prefer with a ricer or a masher;
  4. Add butter & brown sugar;
  5. Add cinnamon, to taste
  6. Add maple or pancake syrup to taste;
  7. Put the mashed sweet potatoes into a cassarole dish and top with marshmellows;
  8. Bake at 375 till the marshmellow is browned
